Refund policy

We want you to feel confident in every VNUS piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how to begin a return.

 

U.S. and Canada Orders:

 

What’s eligible:

  • Full-price swimwear can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit

  • A $6 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit

Condition requirements:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must include all tags, liners, and original packaging

  • Swimwear must be tried on over underwear only

  • Items with stains (makeup, deodorant, tanning products) will not be accepted

 

How to Start a Return:

To begin your return, please email contact@vnusswim.com with the subject line “Return Request” and include your order number in the message.

Once we receive and approve your return, store credit (minus $6 for return shipping) will be issued via email within 5–10 business days.

 

Processing Time:

Returns are reviewed within 5–10 business days of receipt. Store credit (minus return shipping) will be emailed once approved

 

International Orders:

All international orders are final sale. VNUS is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
